All hard copies of entries become the property of E&B Holdings, no entry will be returned to entrant, and retention of the entry does not imply an obligation to produce, use, or promote the entry in any form. Subsequent production, use, or promotion any entry will be accompanied by an obligation on the part of E&B Holdings to enter into an agreement with entrant for said production, use, and promotion.
